These terms (“Agreement”) describe how you register a customer account, book equipment rentals, cancel or change bookings, deposits, invoicing basics, responsibilities for equipment custody, and dispute handling. REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR LAWYER-REVIEWED AGREEMENT — it must reflect your company, jurisdiction, and payment provider.

You commit to supplying accurate identification and contact details. You authorize us and our payment/partner services to validate your identity information where legally allowed. You confirm you are authorised to bind your organisation where applicable.

Bookings placed through the Service are conditioned on verified availability, deposits or pre-authorisations if shown at checkout, and compliance with statutory safety/use rules. Oversell allowances, buffer times around returns/cleaning, and minimum rental durations may vary per listing — each machine page overrides general rules where stated.

You are financially responsible — within the bounds of mandatory consumer law — for loss, wrongful use, uninsured damage beyond normal wear, late returns triggering extra charges, fines from illegal use, etc. Operational deposit holds or captures follow the statuses shown at checkout/refund communication.

Personal data usage follows our privacy disclosures (supply your policy link externally). Liability limitations unenforceable in your jurisdiction remain void solely to that extent.
